1. How long does it take to transport my vehicle?
The transportation time depends on the distance between the pick-up and delivery location. Cross-country transport takes approximately 6 – 8 days. (Carriers are allowed to drive a maximum of 500 miles per day).
2. Is it possible to put personal items in the car?
Depending on the assigned carrier. However, if you have this requirement, we will help you find a truck that allows up to 100 pounds in the trunk of your vehicle.
3. How is the payment made?
The payment of your order is done in two steps:
- When your vehicle has an assigned driver and is dispatched, a portion of the total is charged to a debit or credit card.
- The pending balance is canceled once your vehicle is delivered to the assigned address; This payment can be made by cash, cashier’s check, or money order.
4. Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Of course. Each open carrier that works with us has an insurance policy from 100,000 to 500,000 dollars. In the case of enclosed carriers, the insurance covers up to $ 1,000,000.
